2024-25 Penn Manor Swim
Media Day
Hey there, Comets!
It's such a thrill and a privilege to be back with you this season for team pictures. We've been working together for two seasons on game day coverage, and to now join your community as team picture day, I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am.
I put together this informational page for you. Here you'll find schedules, prices, answers to questions, and more.
Below you'll find a sign up form. This is how CSP provides you information like how to prepare for team picture day, what you can expect, when the portraits are ready to view, and how to order prints and digital downloads.
As always, please reach out with any questions you might have. You can find me at dave@creativesportsphotography.com.

What to expect on Media Day with CSP
Media Day experiences are unique compared to team picture day. Media Day means each swimmer has an opportunity to let his or her personality fly, have fun, and help the team build fan support and awareness.
We begin with each swimmer receiving a single headshot image in the mobile portrait studio.
Then, we move to the fun stuff. Each player will have an opportunity to step in front of the camera in the mobile studio and get creative. Bring hats, sunglasses, flags, and so on.
Once each individual has had an opportunity for personal creative looks, then it's time for group pictures.
We'll finish with team photos at the pool, including the whole team and one of the graduating seniors.
Check out the next section to find out what happens next.
After the portrait session, the final images are professionally edited and delivered into an online, password-protected gallery.
Because the digital downloads are paid for upfront, everyone will have the opportunity to download hi res files at no additional cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will pictures be ready to order?
Team pictures typically take 1-2 weeks to publish. This is highly dependent on the volume of clients CSP has, with some seasons (Spring and Fall) busier than others. Still, it's a high priority to have images published in less than two weeks.
How do we order prints and/or digital downloads?
When your team's individual and team pictures are ready, they will be available in an online collection. Media Day images are available to everyone to download in hi resolution at no additional costs. All print and gift orders are done online and are shipped directly to you within 2-5 days.
How long will we have to order prints/digital products?
Everyone will have at least four weeks to order.
How are the prints/digital products delivered?
Prints are delivered direct to your doorstep while digital downloads are sent via email.
I saw action portraits on your website. Can our players have action portraits created during team picture day?
Action portraits are exclusively for Creative Sports Photography's 1-on-1 athlete clients and are not available on team picture day. Action portraits require precision and an large amount of attempts, and unfortunately, there just isn't enough time for everyone. For more on 1-on-1 athlete portrait experiences, please check out the link below.
