DO PARENTS HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT FOR PHOTOS?​

No. CSP believes that parents shouldn't have to pay for images until they see them. When they are ready for you to view and order, there will be print/digital packages and ala carte items available, and you will have until at least after the New Year to make your order.

WHERE WILL WE BE ABLE TO SEE AND ORDER THE IMAGES?

​

The team collections will be available in an online gallery, a link for which will be sent to you when they're ready (sign up below). When you enter the gallery, you'll see below the large banner image a list of available teams. Click on your team, and the images will then be organized into just the team you wish to view.

HOW CAN WE USE THE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?

​

When you order digital downloads, they'll arrive via email in a zip drive. Inside that zip drive will be high resolution, ready-to-print JPG files. You may use the images to post online (such as on social media) or have them printed. As a courtesy, if you could take Creative Sports Photography on those social media posts, you will forever have my gratitude.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND DIGITAL PACKAGES?

Oh yeah. CSP utilizes one of the nation's top print labs to provide high quality print products and gifts, and while there are ala carte options, I also offer print and digital packages. The entire product and price list is below by clicking here.

WHAT UNIFORM SHOULD MY TEAM WEAR?

​

Your team is welcome to wear whatever color uniform it prefers. White uniforms present no trouble for what Creative Sports Photography creates. Also, each player should bring full pads, skates, and helmets.

CAN WE START THE INDIVIDUAL PICTURES EARLIER THAN OUR DESIGNATED TIME?

​

If circumstances allow, we can certainly start earlier than your designated time. This depends on whether the studio is set up and available. Chances are we'll be able to start 10, sometimes even 15 minutes early, which means more practice time for your team. I can't guarantee this will always happen, but if circumstances allow, let's do it.

WHY DID YOU STOP USING THE LOCKER ROOM FOR TEAM PICTURES?

​

The locker room at Regency Ice Rink was a great spot for individual portraits, but from time to time, our work would interfere with access to the locker room for both CPP and non-CPP affiliated groups. We changed locations to the event room last year so that there are no more scheduling or other conflicts. CSP aims to be a net positive for everyone's experience with Central Penn.

WE HAVE A LOT OF PLAYERS ON OUR TEAM. HOW CAN YOU ENSURE INDIVIDUAL PICTURES ARE DONE EFFICIENTLY SO WE DON'T TOO MUCH PRACTICE TIME?

Previous years working with the Central Penn Panthers have led to phenomenal advances in the workflow for team pictures. That being said, CSP depends on the leadership of each team (coaches, team manager, a parent) to help with keeping the team organized. What works best is when groups of three players enter the picture area at a time, while the rest of the team waits outside. That way, it cuts down on the shenanigans and distractions. Don't get me wrong, I love hockey teams, hockey communities, and the hilarity that ensues when bands of hockey players get together. But to remain on schedule, it's important that only three players at a time enter the portrait area.

I HAVE A PLAYER WHO PLAYS FOR CPP AND ONE WHO PLAYS FOR ANOTHER CLUB? CAN WE GET A SIBLING PICTURE?

​

I'm sorry but no. I've been hired by the Central Penn Panthers to work for their club. If, however, siblings all play for the Central Penn Panthers, CSP can accommodate a sibling request.

WHAT IF MY PLAYER MISSES TEAM PICTURE DAY? WILL THERE BE A MAKEUP DATE?

​

Unfortunately, due to sickness or injury or vacations and so on, a player might miss team picture day. Each year, Creative Sports Photography schedules a make up date with CPP. That make up date will be announced on this website (as of September 2025, no make up date as yet has been scheduled).

HOW LONG AFTER TEAM PICTURE DAY WILL WE SEE THE PHOTOS?

Usually, culling and editing team picture day can take 1-3 weeks. However, due to the large volume of clients during the busiest season (Autumn), and due to the size of CPP's club, culling and editing can take longer. The bottom line is CPP parents will be able to order the images before Black Friday and the start of the holiday season​

WHY IS THERE AT MINIMUM $25 PER ORDER?

​

A minimum of $25 per order is in place simply because without it, Creative Sports Photography would not be able to sustainably operate. The $25 minimum amount reflects the threshold to keep CSP going and thriving into future seasons.
