CSP has in just over two years expanded to serve clients in six counties and two states. It's amazing.

There are a lot of markets where this kind of elite portrait service for athletes is not available. Maybe places like yours.

 

I want to make sure these athlete and team portraits services are available to any youth, high school, college or pro squad who wants them.

​

There is a travel policy (current as of Autumn 2023), and I want to cover that here in an easy-to-understand way so you know how to plan and budget for it.

​

My base of operations is Lancaster, Pa. And any client or team within 45 miles from downtown Lancaster City is not charged extra.

​

That includes you, York and Harrisburg and Reading. You too West Chester.

​

If you are beyond that 45 miles, then the CSP Travel Policy applies.

​

IF YOU ARE LOCATED BEYOND 45 MILES OF LANCASTER

​

Let's talk about if you are located within 100 miles of Lancaster, Pa.

 

CSP will require a mileage reimbursement of 95 cents per mile for every mile beyond 45.

 

Additionally, if any tolls are involved (and believe me, I will do everything I can to avoid those), they will be applied to the overall cost of portrait services.

IF YOU ARE LOCATED BEYOND 100 MILES OF LANCASTER

If you are located beyond 100 miles, then we need to discuss overnight accommodations.

 

First, lemme say, I am in no way wanting to live a life of luxury. My goal here is to provide these services in a way that makes sense for everyone, you included.

 

If you are more than 100 miles from Lancaster, Pa., a hotel feel will be added. How much? No more than $200-a-night with one giant exception.

 

If you're in a place like New York City or Los Angeles, well, we'll make sure we're on the same page about the cost of overnight accommodations.

IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUT OF STATE (OR OUT OF THE COUNTRY)

 

I don't know about you, but I love to travel. Even with all this camera gear. Even to you, Hawaii. Europe? Asia? Oh yeah. 

​

As you can imagine, though, we'll have to make sure from a travel cost standpoint this all makes sense to you and me. 

​

If travel requires flight, then the cost of the flight, at least two nights of hotel accommodations, parking fees, car rental, and so on will have to covered.

​

Again, I just want to say - this has to make sense for you and me. 

​

Together, we'll review the itinerary and cost of travel so you and I both are on the same page.

​

WHEN WOULD TRAVEL COSTS BE DUE?

​

If you are within the 100 mile radius of Lancaster, Pa., then the travel costs will be due before your image proofing gallery can be opened.

​

I will send an invoice and any applicable receipts so you can make payment online.

​

If travel requires overnight accommodations, then the travel costs for the hotel (and flight, if applicable) will be due before your portrait session.
