Questions about 1-on-1 athlete portraits
What does the session investment pay for?

Athlete portrait sessions cost $245 (plus Pennsylvania state sales tax). That pays for travel time, the actual session, professional editing of the final images, your password-protected online gallery, and more. Payment secures your preferred date and time so that no one else can book it.

How many images can I expect from one session?
​
This is highly dependent on a lot of factors, but in general, you can expect to receive at least 40 final, professionally edited images from one session.

How long do I have to order images?
​​
After your password-protected online gallery is published, you will have at least four weeks to order prints and digital products.
​
What if weather impacts our session?
​
There are generally two weather conditions that can change our plans - precipitation and heavy winds. This is because everyone's safety is paramount. And this is because Creative Sports Photography utilizes studio lighting equipment to help create its signature portrait style. If weather forces a postponement, we'll work together to find an alternative date.

Can I include a sibling in the athlete portrait session?
​
Absolutely! Happy to include a sibling, a teammate, or more, up to five people. There's an additional $95 per person investment.
​
Are action shots part of the athlete portrait experience?
​
Oh yeah! Action portraits are exclusive to the athlete portrait experience.

Do you provide high school senior portraits?
​

Questions about team picture day
How much does team picture day cost upfront?
​
The initial investment in team picture day is $125 (plus Pennsylvania state sales tax). For multiple teams up to 10, the cost is $95 per team. For more than 10 teams, please reach out to Dave to discuss.

How long does team picture day take?
​
CSP has developed a workflow that's efficient without sacrificing the high quality you've come to expect. CSP also recognizes how valuable a team's time is, especially when it comes to practice. For a team between 12 and 20 players, team picture day can last between 30 and 60 minutes.

Do we have to pay upfront for any prints or downloads?
​
Nope. I don't believe in that. I only want you to pay for images after you've seen them. That provides me with more than enough incentive to give clients my best effort each and every time. This is fundamental to my belief as a photography business owner.

Are print packages available?
​
Certainly! CSP offers three levels of print packages, from Bold ($54) to Dynamic ($75) to Elite ($95), plus digital download packages. For more information, see this page.

Anytime. Seriously. Dave's expertise in creative, on-location lighting means you can have confidence in the results, whether team picture day takes place at sunset or mid-day.
