Ordering prints and digital downloads

I have a gallery of 20x30" prints of my three sons framed on a wall in my home.

They're massive. They're gorgeous. They were worth every penny.

Every day, multiple times a day, I get to pass by those faces, and I get all the feels. Never gets old.

We don't get that experience looking at images on my phone, but we do with prints.

That's why I believe in the power of printed images.

So let's make ordering prints and digital downloads as easy as possible so you too can experience what images can truly do for you.

When the gallery opens

Once all the professional edits are complete, CSP uploads them to an online gallery.

I will email you a link to that gallery with its password (if applicable) so you can get started right away.

The images will be watermarked with CREATIVE SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY across the center. But don't worry.

When you purchase a print or download, the watermark will be gone.

Can you share the gallery with family, friends, and others? Certainly.

Once you're inside the gallery

You'll see the images displayed prominently below the main header.

If you are a team or club and have multiple squads, you'll see them listed below the header and above the images. Just click on your team's name to see that specific collection

To see an individual image, just click on the photo and that photo will enlarge.

You'll see three options in the upper right corner - a heart, a play button, and the words "BUY PHOTO."

To add an image to a favorites list, just click the heart icon. When you do, a pop up arrives explaining the benefits of a favorites list and asks for your email.

The gallery requests the email simply because as a way to keep track of multiple lists made by multiple people

The play button or triangle simply starts a slideshow of the entire gallery, beginning with the image you've enlarged.

Lastly, there's the BUY PHOTO option

Purchasing prints and downloads

When you click BUY PHOTO, a new popup menu arrives on your screen.

At the very top, you'll see the categories of products, beginning with "Packages."

All the packages, designed to help clients save on bulk print or digital download purchases, are listed first.

The items listed after "Packages" are the ala carte products like individual prints, magnet frames, and so on.

When you click on one of the items, you will then see a description of the item and an option to ADD TO CART.

When you click ADD TO CART for a package, you'll then be taken to a screen that allows you to pick which images you wish to include.

When finished, click the DONE button in the upper right corner.

Ready to order? It's simple. You'll be taken to a summary of your order and a subtotal. Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT BUTTON when you're ready.

First thing is to fill out the billing and shipping information, then you'll be taken to the Shipping Methods menu.

As of today, there's a flat $7 shipping fee. Should other shipping options be added in the future, this is where you will see and select them.

After you agree to the shipping, you'll be taken to the Secure Payment window.

Creative Sports Photography accepts credit cards, PayPal and Google Pay.

Then that's it! Once you're order is complete, it will be sent to one of the nation's premier print labs.

And your order is usually shipped within five business days.

If you order digital downloads, they will be sent in a ZIP drive file almost automatically. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox.
