I'm excited to be partnering with your squad this season and grateful for the opportunity to photograph your cheerleaders. My goal is to make Picture Day as organized, enjoyable, and high-quality as possible while creating images your family will be proud to display for years to come.
This page is your one-stop resource for everything related to Picture Day. You'll find schedules, frequently asked questions, sample images, product and package information, and other helpful details to help you prepare before Picture Day arrives.

How Team Picture Day Works
This ain't your typical football season, and it certainly should not be a boring, typical picture day either.
I'm a former player and youth sports coach, and with that experience, I've developed a picture day system that maximizes efficiency without sacrificing quality (and maintains the integrity of practice).
Each player will receive multiple looks (or poses) so that parents have choice when it comes to ordering their favorite pictures. My specialty, honed over the years, is to creatively use where players make their memories - their home field - to convey who they are and what playing means to them.
Once all the players have had the opportunity to have their portraits taken, then we'll take the group picture.
After picture day, the images will be culled and edited, then uploaded to a password-protected gallery. You'll be able to order vibrant prints, high res digital downloads, and keepsakes, which will be delivered right to your door.

Dave Pidgeon is the owner and Chief Image Maker behind Creative Sports Photography. A professional photographer and visual storyteller for more than 20 years, he founded the company with one goal: to give young athletes the same level of care, creativity, and professionalism that elite athletes receive.
As a former athlete, youth sports coach, and father of three athletes, Dave understands just how much time, commitment, and sacrifice go into every season. That perspective shapes every Picture Day, creating an experience that's organized, enjoyable, and focused on celebrating each athlete's hard work.

Team Picture Day FAQs
DO PARENTS HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT FOR PHOTOS?
Nope! I don't believe in that, actually. You only pay for the photos you want after you see them in the password-protected online gallery. For me, that maintains the incentive to create images you actually want to have.
WILL YOU OFFER PRINTS AND PRINT PACKAGES?
Oh yeah. CSP utilizes one of the nation's top print labs to provide high quality print products and gifts, and while there are ala carte options, I also offer print and digital packages. The entire product and price list is below by clicking here.
WHAT IF MY PLAYER MISSES TEAM PICTURE DAY? WILL THERE BE MAKEUPS?
Unfortunately, due to sickness or injury or vacations and so on, a player might miss team picture day. At this time, no make up date is schedule.
HOW LONG AFTER TEAM PICTURE DAY WILL WE SEE THE PHOTOS?
Usually, culling and editing team picture day can take 1-3 weeks. This can be impacted by the volume of work, and there are certain seasons (Spring and late Fall) when turnaround times can be impacted. My goal, though, is to have them to you for ordering within three weeks, and I want to make sure I communicate with the entire club to provide updates on progress.
WHY IS THERE A MINIMUM $25 PER PRINT ORDER
The $25 minimum order helps Creative Sports Photography continue providing the high-quality photography, premium products, and personalized service that families have come to expect. It allows me to keep investing in professional equipment, top-tier print labs, and the time needed to create an exceptional Team Picture Day experience for every team I serve.

HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE TO ORDER THE PHOTOS?
As each team's final, edited image collection is finished, CSP publishes them to a central, online, password-protected gallery where all the team pictures are stored. Everyone will have at least four weeks to order prints and gifts.
